My recent stay at Bursa Grand exceeded all my high expectations, making it a truly memorable experience. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by exceptionally friendly staff, particularly Mr Sobhy at the reception, whose dedication to hospitality was evident throughout my stay. The soundproofed rooms provided a serene escape, allowing me to relax and appreciate the beautiful call to prayer from the nearby Ulu Mosque, which added a touch of authenticity to my experience. I was pleased to find the air conditioning efficient and the mini-bar well-stocked; these thoughtful amenities made my stay all the more comfortable.
